Dues are overdue; First camp payment due now!

2011 Dues were due in December. Please get your payment in to Donna ASAP. If you've lost your statement she can tell you what your family owes (it depends on things like Boys Life, enrolled parents, etc.)

If your Scout is going to summer camp then you'd better get your $120 deposit in soon, or his spot may go to one of the Webelos bridging over! The Troop's deposit is due into the camp by January 25, so please don't wait.

Medical Forms Due Now!

We need medical forms A & C for everyone - Scouts and adults - who participate in any events "in the field" (outside of our meetings at SVLC). Medical form B, the one that needs a doctor or physician's assistant to sign, is required for 72 hour events like summer camp or the canoe trips. Consequently, Medical Forms A & C are due at the next Troop meeting, May 11. Medical Form B is due by June 8; if you can't make that date please let us know why and when you will have one. Thank you.

You may notice that many of the documents and forms on our web site were posted by William Boyce. If you ever get email from MapleValleyTroop711@gmail.com, you will see it comes from William Boyce. So who is William Boyce?

The Scout Permission Slip and Website Permission Slip forms are now available in PDF format, for those of you without Microsoft Word. You can find them on the Forms page. Don't forget, we really need those Website Permission Slips or we can't post photos! Thanks.

September, 2009 Court of Honor

We had a really good turnout for our September Court of Honor. The Troop earned 105 Merit Badges and we had 20 rank advancements! Congratulations to all our Scouts for their hard work. And congratulations to Brennen and Patrick for achieving the rank of Life Scout.
