Medical Forms Due Now!

We need medical forms A & C for everyone - Scouts and adults - who participate in any events "in the field" (outside of our meetings at SVLC). Medical form B, the one that needs a doctor or physician's assistant to sign, is required for 72 hour events like summer camp or the canoe trips. Consequently, Medical Forms A & C are due at the next Troop meeting, May 11. Medical Form B is due by June 8; if you can't make that date please let us know why and when you will have one.
